Dear all, i met the same issue when adding the line impersonate, crystal report is not working but excel file can be exported.
TempDir: String = “your folder”, is that “your folder” is the whole directory or just the folder name? I have put in the whole directory but the crystal report still not work.
Can show me the solutions?

Thanks, It has helped me in resolved issue at customer place. Impersonate was required for excel import and export for our asp.net application. if impersonate is set, crystal reports was not worked. You solution has resolved this issue. Now both excel import and report works with impersonate set to true along with username/password.
